Unbroken 17.4 (Check In) For time: 55 Deadlifts, 225/155 lbs 55 Row Calories 55 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs 55 Handstand Push-ups Reps are to be unbroken. If at anytime you break (drop deadlift/hold wall ball/ come off wall) you must take wall ball and run 100m. The reps (DL, WB, and HSPU) can be done in any order at any time. Once you decide to row you must do all 55 calories. ENJOY!!!!
