Partner WOD 8/3/2016(Check In) For time: 25 Burpee Onto Plates -- then -- 10 rounds of: 20 AbMat Sit-ups 15 Medicine Ball Front Squats, 20/14 lbs Run, 100 m -- then -- 25 Bumper Plate Burpees Partner Workout Split the buy in/buy out burpees however you want. One works/One rests. 10 rounds is alternating movement with partner ex. Partner 1 does sit ups, partner 2 front squats, partner 1 run, partner 2 sit ups, partner 1 front squats, partner 2 runs etc...
