Choose Wisely(Check In) For time: 100/100 Double Unders 50/50 Row Calories Run, 800/800 m 50/50 Assault Bike Calories 100/100 Weighted Push-ups, 25/10 lbs 100/100 Overhead Squats, 75/55 lbs 100/100 Dumbbell Snatches, 50/35 lbs 100/100 Strict Press, 75/55 lbs Partner up and Pick your poison!!!! You will buy into each movement (push up, oh squat, db snatch, strict press) by completing one of the buy ins first (DU, Row, Assault Bike, Run) You can pair any buy in with any movement. Once you complete a buy in and a movement you can move onto another buy in and another movement. Choose Wisely!!!
