6/27/2018(Check In) In 20 mins do: Run, 400/400 m then in the remaining time, AMRAP of: 10/10 Power Snatches, 115/75 lbs 5/5 Burpee Over Bars 10/10 Deadlifts, 115/75 lbs 5/5 Burpee Over Bars This will be 4, 5-minute amraps.
