4/4/2018(Check In) As many reps as possible in 12 mins of: 300 Shoulder-to-overheads, 115/85 lbs 300 Front Rack Alternating Stationary Lunges, 115/85 lbs 300 Front Squats, 115/85 lbs Start with Shoulder to Overhead. Do as many unbroken reps as possible. When the bar is dropped the set is over. Pay the penalty and move to next movement. Continue that pattern for 12 minutes. Log total reps for each movement If athlete drops the bar Penalty as follows: Shoulder-to-Overhead- 5 HSPU Front Rack Lunge- 5 Burpees Front Squats-20 Double-Unders
