10 Dumbbell Thrusters, 50/35 lbs
14 Wall Balls, 20/14 lbs
10 Front Rack Alternating Stationary Lunges, 115/85 lbs
14 AbMat Sit-ups

everyone starts with dumbbells...follow someone using the same weight. This means no more than 4 in a group.

Workout is over whenever you cant complete a movement in a minute
