Partner Deck of Death 8/13/2016(Check In) Grab a PARTNER and go for time. While one PARTNER is running 100 meters (50m with a sandbag/wall ball) , the other is inside flipping over cards from a standard 52 card deck with 2 jokers. Suits refer to the exercise: Hearts=HSPU or Hand Release Push Ups spades=Knees 2 Elbows clubs=Grass Hoppers diamonds=Strict Shoulder Press (65/35) aces=Repeat the last 4 Cards Jokers=100m Farmer Carry (Both Partners can Participate) The number on the card refers to the number of reps to be completed. Face cards=10 When the PARTNER returns from the run, PARTNER switch places. The team continues working until they've pulled every card from the deck and both PARTNERs are in the building.
